This cool city will be provided with suitable transportation that doesn’t affect the environment, and the city will be able to provide more than 70,000 jobs.
Masdar city will decrease almost 75% of power usage and also reducing the number of the water to 8000 m3 every day.
Landfills have no place in Masdar City, also there will be a science and technology institute that will be open hopefully in 2009, this institute is the first step among other seven ones.

Cool City on its way !
Nowadays we are so in need for the cool cities, because the carbon dioxide is increasing rapidly. Buildings and transportation total 90% of carbon emissions.
SDCJ is aiming to build up a cool city that will save the environment from CO2, and it contains the following zones; Public/Business zone, Residential zone, Resort zone, Cultural/Sport zone and other zones.
This city is planning to reduce the carbon dioxide at least around 50%. If this city succeeded it would reduce almost around 60%. In order to decrease the carbon dioxide, the city is planning to measure the traffic by different transportation such as; Monorail stations, water transportation, light rail transportation, pedestrian decks and hybrid car parking zones. The eco-tower buildings will use natural energy.
In my opinion, I believe in the success of this cool city, it will help the earth from Carbon emissions if we have more than one city.

The Summary:
Critical thinking is the way that people think and how they think; it starts when you want to know more about a something how it happens and why. Critical thinking needs a high of procedures, understanding and creating possible outcomes. To think you will test your beliefs and opinions, also, if you are willing to be a critical thinker you should have a clear ear and realize what others are saying so you can judge fairly, evidences will help you to support your beliefs and statements.
Critical thinkers compress information, build other explanations, look for different point of views and ask hard questions. Critical thinkers create various ways to know about a topic.
As a critical thinker, you should think wisely and widely, thinking differently and without limits. Thinking by a higher level contains estimating, understanding, developing thoughts, critiquing, etc.
Bloom’s taxonomy shows the steps of development from simple to complex and every level is based on the previous level. Critical thinking is important because it causes reading, writing, listening and speaking. Also it helps in many social situations such as governments and schools.
Critical thinkers could be students, parents, doctors and lawyers, basically everybody!

Carbon Footprints
Here you go a summary about Carbon footprint, I read an article discussing this topic, so i did a summary about the topic
here you go the summary.

A carbon footprint stands for the overall of the carbon dioxide in the world, now as we produce, each product has a carbon footprint, and basically carbon footprint is measured by emissions and by the remains power. To calculate the number of carbon footprints we have many ways to do that, one of the ways we can use is by counting the capita carbon footprints and also by counting the countries.
Carbon is not the only factor that effects in carbon footprint, well there are other factors that affect such as methane or ozone. In order to reduce the carbon footprint we have to understand and know what is carbon footprint so we can control it and help the environment.
There are many ways to do that, we can find solutions and information about carbon footprints that will help to reduce it.
